Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website and our services.

Last updated: 4 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of KNC Kitchen Cupboards (Pty) Ltd (“KNC Kitchen”, “we”, “us” or “our”), as well as the quotes and services we provide. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

1. About us

This website is owned and operated by KNC Kitchen Cupboards (Pty) Ltd, a custom cabinetry business based in Johannesburg, South Africa. You can reach us at kgomocosta4@gmail.com or 072 427 4319.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • Copy, scrape, republish or resell our content without our written permission; or
  • Submit false information or another person’s details without their consent.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the website at any time, without notice, where we reasonably need to.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the KNC Kitchen name and logo, text, designs, layout, graphics and all project and installation photographs — is owned by or licensed to KNC Kitchen Cupboards (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our content — especially our photographs of completed work — without our prior written permission.

4. Quotes, estimates and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or quote request through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone does not create a binding contract. It is simply a request for us to get in touch.

  • Any prices, timelines or budgets discussed before a site visit are indicative estimates only and may change once we have measured the space and confirmed the scope and materials.
  • A formal quotation is valid for the period stated on that quotation. If no period is stated, it is valid for 30 days, after which prices may be revised.
  • A binding agreement only comes into effect once we have issued a written quotation, you have accepted it, and any required deposit has been paid.

5. Our services and project terms

The specific terms of any cabinetry project — including the final price, payment schedule, deposit, materials, design, lead times and installation arrangements — will be set out in the written quotation and/or agreement we provide for that project. Those project-specific terms, together with these Terms, govern the work we do for you. Where there is a conflict, the signed project quotation or agreement takes precedence.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and aim to complete every project to a high standard. Any workmanship guarantee or warranty we offer will be confirmed in writing for your project.

6. Accuracy of information and imagery

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Photographs show examples of our work; because every project is custom-built, finishes, materials and final results may vary depending on your specifications, site conditions and material availability. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

7. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp) or rely on third-party providers for hosting and email delivery. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNC Kitchen Cupboards (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, or from reliance on any information on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies to you. Our liability in respect of any project is governed by the written agreement for that project.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KNC Kitchen Cupboards (Pty) Ltd harmless against any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute relating to them or to this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Your continued use of the website after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
